Dr. Janviere Ntamazeze is a senior lecturer and PhD holder in peace and development research with interest in microfinance, gender and development. She did her postgraduate in Gothenburg University, in Sweden. Janviere Ntamazeze is a founder of international non-governmental organization 'women economic empowerment and Integration network (WEINSE)'. She published over 10 refereed journal articles; she produced more than 20 extension materials (posters, training materials, Curriculum, modules, guidelines) She contributed to the capacity building of Msc and undergraduate students.
Mr. Theogene KAMALI is a Cofounder of Apex Research Advisory (ARA) Ltd; a Rwandan- based Consultancy Company. He is a Master's holder of Arts in Development Studies experienced person with over 10 years of working experiences. He has participated in various consultancy assignments where he served senior field supervisor and lead consultant in Consultancy and Innovation Business Action (CIBA)Limited, the first consulting company in Rwanda that applied the technical methodology in Research Process and Business with high technology in Data Collection CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviews), CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview), CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) as well as in Data Analysis(STATA, R, Python, SPSS for quantitative data and ATLAS.ti for qualitative data). He has advanced skills in the areas of communication and negotiation skills, personality development, public speaking, project proposals, project management, report writing, international relations and trade.
A multidisciplinary team proficient in the latest research methodologies and digital tools.
